Hello!

Just popped in to the brew shop in Stockport. Untill the brewery cellar is finished they AG kit is packed up, so I am going to make a couple of kits to keep the kegs flowing.

I purchased the Coopers Cerveza afew weeks ago but never got round to brewing it so off I went to the shop to get some brew sugar and some lager yeast. The bloke suggested I add the 'Pilsner Enzyme' with the yeast.. but what does it do.. I am aware that it breaks down some of the more complex sugars making life easier for the yeasties but other than that I have never seen it before. Should I use it?!

I believe Aleman has previously foretold thin beer on a previous post but its only a kit?

Any advice?

D
