It will work with 15mm but very poorly better to buy 4mm brass off ebay with compression fittings off ebay too, especially if your doing 5-10gallon batches
The reccomended list
4mm compression fittings
4mm od brass tubing
1/8Th to 4mm compression fitting
1/8 female to 1/4 male
1/4 female to 15mm compression

Fill the ends of the 4mm brass tube with solder, drill with a 1mm drill.

Thanks UP and Aleman It works

1/4 "BSPT x 4mm BRASS COMPRESSION
size:15mm x 1/4 Quantity:1 Price:£2.29 ...http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/120667460833

I hit end of 4mm tube with hammer which closed end and also as a bonus allowed me to turn tube in compression fitting to correct angle.

I put brass rods in an old bit of wood decking to hold in place with masking tape when drilling.

Get some spare brass tubes and don't drill too many holes to start off with.

That's the dogs danglies that Phil! nice one! I was wondering wiether to go for 10mm, just made my mind up! 4mm it is! What pump are you using to drive that?

Good work Phil :thumb: Been thinking about redesigning mine (15mm), as it only really works well on a high end of the voltage with the solar pump

Works really well on low voltage in fact still spins a bit with gravity.

Might put a couple more holes in or make a mk2 with a few more holes just in case I mess this arm up.
