I've just finished AG#2, but have a worry.
I forgot to put the ph stabilizer in immediately, I'd literally just added the grain then remembered. I was only doing a small 10L batch so whacked 1tsp (rather than a tbs) of stabilizer into some boiled and treated water and mixed it into the mash...will this be ok?
I'm going to do a thread on the brewday as I have pics and the recipe etc, it was fun as I had my Dad over. We were amazed at how strong smelling those hops were! Hope it turns out well.
