Can anyone advise.
I've just purchased some Turbo 48 Yeast, which I am told will ferment to about 20%, well see. The mash, is on the go now, so, I should have my brew in about 5 days. I was thinking about trying to knock up some Pernod based drink, but I can't locate any receipies. I like Ouzo, and most drinks involving Aniseed.
Can anyone give me some pointers, or better still some recepies to try out.
