pernod based drink recepies

Can anyone advise.
I've just purchased some Turbo 48 Yeast, which I am told will ferment to about 20%, well see. The mash, is on the go now, so, I should have my brew in about 5 days. I was thinking about trying to knock up some Pernod based drink, but I can't locate any receipies. I like Ouzo, and most drinks involving Aniseed.
Can anyone give me some pointers, or better still some recepies to try out.

we used to drink one,it was ,in a tall glass,1,2,or 3 shots of pernod 1 snowball,ready made,and top up with lemonade,brilliant.

found something about using star anise and putting it in vodka makes an nice anise drink
I cant stand vodka but lke anise so will give it try
as been meaning to get some vodka for my airlocks

not stricly a proper home brew recipie I know but all I could find

Have spent plenty of time in the odd Ouzerie in greece, quite a few different ones in Levos, Ouzo Plomari being the mosty famous I spose.

What they all seem to do, Is purchase plain Spirit alcohol from bulgaria in bulk(probably distilled from spuds),then mix it with anise and sugar and bottle it.

and then put some luminosue green coulour and some glyceryn to make it like pernod

If you really want to get a real anise kick, do all the above, but steep some wormwood in it, to make the drink PERNOD, was made to replace when france banned it, Absinthe the King of aniseed Drinks, I have a bottle on the side in the kitchen, sadly bought,
However I was talking to a californian guy I know just before xmas & he was saying he was making some, I'll see if I can get you a recipe.
