Pendle witch 6/09/09

Having seen many people try this I'm going to have a crack myself. I shall be brewing sunday, Now my lovely £60 worth of hops and stuff have arrived (another First class service From Paul @ Barley Bottom).
I also will be setting up my herms with the used mash, Looking forward to that :grin:

Well here's the bill

80% MO Pale
8% Crystal
5% Torrified Wheat
7% Sugar
70grm Fuggles 90 min
12grm Fuggles 15 steep @80c

Should give me 25ltr @ 1050

May have a visitor as well but I have left it a bit late to ask..... :pray:

Firstly I must apologise for lack of photo's today :cry: Was busy showing Davesiv around and setting up the Herms :grin:

Secondly I must apologise to Davesiv for his wet pants, But I did warn him it was fast and stuck to the tarmac. :shock: :lol:

Thirdly I must apologise to Mrs Siv as Dave has left with alot of idea's and smiles!

Well, ended up short again so my efficiency is down it's working out @ 70%. Now Most peoples efficiency goes up after the first brews mine has gone down!

Got 22ltr @ 1055 using good old S-04 this time and It's all tuck up in bed

BUT IN ALL HONESTY MATE IT WAS A MOST ENJOYABLE MORNING AND I CAME AWAY WITH SOME VERY NICE LOOKING BEER AND SOME BIG PLANS. IM LOOKING FORWARD TO REVIEWING THE COFFIN DODGER . THE BUZZ BEE IS GOING DOWN A TREAT :thumb: A NICE HONEY AFTER TASTE.
