Hi
I have been brewing parti gyle beers. This way I can brew 40L in one go, instead 20L. I calculated that I could even try to brew 3 small beers in one day. Does anyone have any experience with this type of brewing?
What do you think about modifying one of batches by immersing some dark malts or roasted barely? This way one batch could be bitter and second for example mild.
