Oxygen and the out post

I have a 3-tap kegerator, but currently only use one keg/tap.

I plan to increase this to two-taps soon, but have concerns about introducing oxygen to the existing tapped-keg when I move to linking 2 kegs to the gas line using a t-bar, or even changing the kegs in this way when one beer runs out and I disconnect it clean.

Can oxygen get into a beer through the 'out' post?

Nope. Both the corny keg posts and disconnects are self sealing, so when you disconnect nothing can get in.

A t bar on the gas line will mean you have to have both kegs at the same pressure and carbonation as you only have one regulator. That means if you want to force carbonate a keg then you have to turn up the pressure and disconnect the other keg.

Before I change kegs on a tap I make sure I open the tap briefly to release any pressure in the line and then make sure the keg is under pressure. That way beer pushes up from the keg into the beer line, rather than old beer from the beer line going back in to my keg.
