Theres a market near me selling out of date kit beers on the cheap (about a month out) would you reccomend grabbing a bargain or steering well clear?

Buy em :thumb:
There's folk who've made kits years out of date and they've been fine. As a precautionary measure you may wish to replace the yeast though ;)

If memory serves me right the wort is droped into the cans when it is still pretty much boiling or just off the boil and the tin is sealed so that kit will keep for years ( same process as jams ), The yeast is another matter but when i was making kits I tended to use safeale-s04 any way and dumped the kit yeast unless it was a coopers one then i used the yeast that came with the kit.

But I would grab as many as I could afford if I was still kit brewing nothing wrong with the stuff.
