I called in a local craft brewery today and they gave me the following hops.

Willamette 5.2% approx 30g
Apollo 19.5% approx 90g
Columbus 16.8% 80g

Any idea what I can make with them?

Apollo and Columbus are similar. Pretty powerful hops. Willamette is Fuggles grown in the USA. Similar but different. They are all very versatile, but if you like a really hoppy red ale, Apollo and Columbus are ideal. Pale malt, crystal, and a little black malt or roast barley. Possibly Munich and wheat too if you have it.

They are also good for other ales of course. An IPA for example.
