Omega Yeasts

I was looking at options for a yeast for my next brew. One of the options is an Omega yeast. The image on the Malt Miller site shows the ingredients

Is it usual to have malt extract and hops etc in a pack of liquid yeast? I've never noticed this on Wyeast or Whitelabs packs.

It makes sense. They culture/grow the yeast in malt extract so it's an ingredientv that's mixed with the yeast in the sachet. I'm a bit surprised by hops though.
