Well, there's certainly some names I recognise on here :thumb:
Was getting bored with a green forum page so did some searching and found you guys.
For those who don't know -
.... been brewing since later 70's, owned one of the Brew-it-Yourself (BIY) breweries in the 90's,
and now have my 50lt stainless setup running in the garage/brewery, (nearly fully process controlled).
Got my first competition award last year at Sutton with the runner-up in the strong bitter class :party:
