Hey guys! After a successful first ever brew, pleased to report my kit cider worked! However, as nice as it is, it's not the cider I'm after. Has anyone got recipes or kit suggestions that will an able me to brew a still, old rosey/scrumpy style cider. Don't really have access to any apples but ideas greatly welcomed. Also I'm a complete novice and followed children style instructions from my first kit, so dumb and instructions down for me.

Thanks in advanced :)

Try looking up Turbo cider. I have successfully cultured the yeast from the 3l old Rosie bottles in the supermarket, just find one with plenty of sediment in. Add 1l supermarket apple juice to get the yeasties going and leave somewhere warm for a few days.
