OK to bottle?

Just taken the lid off to bottle a mild after two weeks in the fermenter and noticed this around the edge. I did pitch this onto trub from a previous beer. Thanks for any advice.

I would say - Yes- if you have the bottles and time whats the worse that can happen. I had a batch recently with a similar film across the top , been fine. I syphoned from the bottom into a bottling bucket which left most of the film behind .
