Ok wondered if i could make my own Stwabewwy cider so started with this.

Also used pectolas tanning and glycerine and the usual.

Did this.

Ended with this.

My SG was 1043 ish and my finish was 1001 for 3 days. Making this a reasonable 5.6% Back sweetened bottled and then added the fizz. will let you know how it tastes soon.

But the trial jar was nice
