Any ideas anyone!
I contacted the manufacturer who advised me to contact a cellar supplies company. Not sure if i can use normal sterilising solutions as they may soak into the wood & taint the brew. Steam has been mentioned but I don't have the equipment unfortunately.
Sunday is decanting day so i'm quite excited :grin:
