Has anyone used these hops? I've just got some from Rob ".. very restrained floral character which selectors say is atop an aroma of freshly zested lime"

I'm planning on using it as a bittering hop in a Mad Goose'ish brew (Purity Brewing Co) which has late additions of Willamette and Cascade, although I wouldn't want these to overpower the lime aroma. Maybe I should late hop with some NZ Hallertau as well.

Any comments would be welcome :thumb:

15g NZ Hallertau 8.2%AA 15min 6.1IBU

15g NZ Hallertau 8.2%AA 5min 2.5IBU

Next up when I get a chance :D

I love the way mad goose has turned into something completely different. That's what I end up doing. Rather than using all my hops up I have a freezer full of small quantities of hops. One day I plan to make a brew with them all, just for the gamble. Might be nice, might loose all the aromas due to overpowering each other? Who knows!! :)

Rob
