peeps filled 3 fermenters last night with lovely wort. pitched the yeasties this morning. 2 had SFo4 and one had nottingham. the 04 is off and running tonight. not a jot from the notty. is it a slow developer....

From my experience, it's not as fast as S-04, but don't worry, it'll start soon.

Did you rehydrate it? I rehydrated mine before pitching and it was done and it went off quickly finishing up in 3 days!

na I just sprinkled it in and tightened up the airlock. I shall be patient and see what happens

that was the next option. Its only been in 16 hrs. I shall leave it until this time tomorrow and then its whirlypool time!!!!!
