Nottingham in the morning !

Well, I'm going to Nottingham tomorrow, and I'll be visiting some of the fine pubs while I'm there...

I've been a few times, done the usual Trip, Bell, Bunkers hill etc...

Anyone have any other suggestions for pubs - I think there are a couple near the canal/Broadmarsh Centre..

Well the canalhouse and fellows morton & clayton on the waterfront are worth a pop into. If you then work your way up maid marians way :? there is the old trip, the castle and the roundhouse all worth a visit too. If you get up towards canning circus (a52) then visit the hand in heart and the sir john. i dont suppose you'll be heading to or through beeston but if you do the vic and the crown are fantastic pubs :thumb:

I think we're meeting in the Hand in Heart...
The guy we are meeting lives in Beeston, so we may be round that way later..heard good things about those pubs..

Well, I have manflu, so today is going to be a drag, I reckon..

I will see how the first one goes, and then I may have to call it a day, go home, and put some mardy cream on
