So my brew is going to be bottled in a few days. With the Nottingham Ale yeast, what temp should I condition the beer at ideally and what other temps are acceptable?

The link gives the fermentation temperature range. Condition for the first two weeks at the same temperature you fermented at, then two weeks cooler. Around 12ðc should do it.
