North Wales pub and micro-brewery.

I've a young nephew who has taken over the management of a pub in North Wales.

There is a spare "lock-up" at the back of the pub and he is looking at using this space to brew a couple of "house beers" that he hopes to sell in the pub.

Could someone please explain what the legal requirements are for brewing and selling your own beer in your own pub?

From my point of view, I didn't know that there was that much legislation so he will have enough reading material for the next month at least!
