Good evening Eurovision, I mean Homebrew Forum from deepest Norfolk!
I don't really know why I got into homebrew to be honest, I honestly can't remember if it was due to cost, on a whim or whatever. I do know it was around 8 years ago and was a Wherry kit which was okay. After a few more attempts (and zero research) I thought giving the internet a spin might be wise. Purchased an extract kit, went down really well, and then stopped as suddenly had nowhere to brew!
Finally got the chance to get back into it last year with a BIAB kit and equipment. Given my 5 year gap and first All grain attempt it went surprisingly well! And am now hooked properly. Which is why I'm here I guess......so hi
Oh and big thanks to you all for the useful information I've read so far on here. I've just done a Young's AIPA I was given as a kit and already seem to understand a lot more what I'm doing. As opposed to following the instructions and keeping my fingers crossed!
