non return valve for gas lines

can anyone recommend a non return valve for my co2 line ,Ive just buggered my regulator by filling it with beer !! luckily i was thinking of changing it anyway for a better made proper Italian job.
im unsure if the new regulator has one fitted as std.

i think the one ive just filled with beer is a cheapo chinese type ,it came with a corny keg setup kit.

Get a small manifold, some of them have them fitted or john guest do them for about £12

spoke to john guest directly fisrt and said it was perfect for what i need.
