non-alcoholic organic millets

Greetings. I am new to this forum. I would like to start brewing non-alcoholic organic millets drinks at home. What would I need to do? I would more than grateful if you can advise me on what equipment’s, I would need, instructional books etc.. and we would obtain these.

I'm not sure I can answer your question though as I'm not really sure what you are referring to.

Millets are a form of grain, which are sometimes used in beer or other alcoholic drinks, but it's not common.

I'm not sure how you would brew a non alcoholic drink from them.
