32 litre liquor
mash 13 litres
sparge with rest up to 0.990
campden tablet

boil 60 min
cascade 25 gram
columbus 5 gram

boil 15

simcoe 20 gram

7 gram simcoe
7 gram amerrillo

What is the batch size, expected og and fg? I would save the Vienna and use a bit of black malt or roast barley to give colour instead of it. I wouldn't use cascade in a 60 min boil as it can be a bit of a waste of a good hop. Not sure how dark you expect it but by eyeballing it it looks roughly red in a 23l batch. It's quite similar to my American red from last weekend but with less hops.

made exactly 23 litres into fermenter with safale 5 pitched at 18 C rehydrated in 110 ml 18 c preboiled
 
SO success

Put into secondary this arty
OG 1.052
FG 1.008
so looks like
5.78%
dry hopped with
15 gram Simcoe
15 gram Syrian goldings

looks red ruby in colour

tastes and smells great had a sly taster out o the hydrometer
 
so bottled it today
OG 0.052
FG 0.007
So its made 6% cool
bottled 41, 500 ml bottles
and a 330ml bottle
with 120grams priming sugar batch primed
so total count

20.83 litres
 
top beer
well impressed very nice balance of maltyness not too much,
and head and carbonation seems perfect
only have 8 bottles left
