i cracked open a couple of bottles of coopers last night a bit early but just for a test lol i had them in the fridge all day and when i poured them no head nada nothing , yet when i poured a couple from the cuboard wow cracking head that all most stayed till the bottom of the glass the ones primed with muscavado sugar were proper creamy , am i just chilling them for to long or something else as i like a cold pint but also like a head on my beer , maybe i should get a taste for a warmer pint . was a nice drink though as 2 bottles turned int 8 hehe

Chilling will increase the solubility of CO2 and so the beer will be less 'fizzy', you could try the 'pocket beer engine' idea which is on a thread somewhere else on here. The idea is you use a small syringe to suck up some beer and then quickly squirt the beer back out just below the surface of your pint. It works like a charm :thumb: .

Yes your drinking experience will be better, more taste more aroma.

We have been conditioned by the big 'breweries' to drink cold drinks so that they don't have to put much hop or flavour into them making them cheaper to produce.

'Breweries' are run by accountants and facilitated by the adman.

Pocket beer engine. Beer can be very nice when its relatively warm, but its hard to beat something cold on a warm evening :)

Yes like a nice lemonade or iced water.

Why compromise the flavour of your beer just to quench your thirst, 12c for ales and stouts. :thumb:

A little too well sometimes, be near the sink if indoors till you get the hang of it.

I wish I'd read this 10 mins ago! I've only got 1 and 2ml syringes so gave it quite a few squirts.

"Hey, it actually works......this is really cool........why is it still going??....please stop......nooooooooooooooooooooooo"
