Hi everyone,
I tried a bottle of my conditioning brew last night. It had been a week since I bottled, using 84g of DME for 19.5L batch. there was very little fizz indeed. I have already left the bottles outside for a night now, so if I leave them out will they continue to get more carbonated or is it too cold for the yeast (hovering around 10C)? If it is too cold will the yeast reactivate when the bottles are put back inside? basically what should I do?!
Cheers
