Hi all, happy Thursday!! Due to a malfunction of my STC 1000 controller not turning on the heating elements in my brew fridge, my latest brews got stuck at about 13°c for about 12 hrs after pitching.
Now, 36hours later, there's no activity at all (*MJ M44 yeast).
Is it worth re-pitching with Notty (the only yeast I have to hand) or is the brew likely spoiled?
Thanks all, Tim.

Personally I'd just leave well alone for the next week or so before pitching, chances are it will be totally fine. What temp are you planning on fermenting at? I usually brew at 18c unless under pressure, so 13c isn't that far off. You'll be good, just give it time.
