Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum and beer brewing in general. Needless to say, I have a LOT of questions!! I'll try and limit myself here at first--
Last week I started an imperial stout. It fermented a TON. It was a Brewer's Best kit stout. Yesterday I attempted to make a double IPA and so far... Nothing. Am I wrong in my expectation that it should be bubbling fiercely as the stout? This beer was a kit beer as well so I didn't make any measurements for OG, but I followed the recipe to the letter.
Any help would be appreciated. Should I just wait longer or try something to get it going somehow?
