I recently purchased an induction hob, mainly for small test batches and thought I’d share the info.
It’s one of these Nesbit Induction Hob. It’s a brilliant bit of kit, much bigger than I expected and a solid build. It’s very powerful and easy to adjust the power with the digital controls and a timer. Although the temperature setting function is pretty useless.
I managed to find an online voucher and got it delivered for £108 which I think is great value…and the Mrs is happy with the extra capacity for the Christmas dinner so no arguments
Here’s a pick with my small 8 litre pot that I’m using for 3-5l batches.
