Hi helpful forum members,
I have just successfully completed my 3rd brew, all grain. And have been very happy with my results, a good IPA and a gose.
I'm now looking to upgrade my brew kit. I'm currently doing 11l biab on the stovetop in a 20l pot. I'm love the biab method and am looking to carry on doing this.
I think in the main I will stick doing 11l brews but certainly need more capacity for a larger grain bill without a sparge and also the option to do a 23l brew.
My question is do I just get a bigger pot (33l) or do I move to an all in one system. I love the look of the clawhammer system but I'm not sure it's available in the UK. What are the options? Any suitable for a full volume biab up to 23l and also down to 11l?
