Saved up lots of bottles so........Here is what I plan to brew in the next week or so.... it will be my last brew until to October as I having a opperation in September (pre op on 1st Sept) and will be out of action for a few weeks which is going to drive me crazy!!

This will be my christmas beer making it now so it matures and tastes good for christmas! :D

Haven't come up with a name yet!

3.00 kg Pale Malt, Maris Otter
0.25 kg Crystal Malt
0.25 kg light Crystal Malt
0.10 kg Wheat, Torrified
30.00 gm Challenger [6.20 %] (90 min boil)
15.00 gm Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (15 min boil)
10.00 gm Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (30 min post boil steep)
2.00 items Cinnamon Stick (Boil 5.0 min)
1 kg Sugar, Table (Sucrose) (2.0 EBC)
1 Pkgs SafAle English Ale (DCL Yeast #S-04)
 
Hope the op goes OK Dan & nice looking recipe, i'd ease back on the cinnamon by around all of it.

Thanks! Cheeky begger!! :? I will say now!! now'ts getting added or removed during the op!! Just a cut down the Abdominals and mess about inside and stapled back up! Then the last 3-4 years of sickness will be finally over (atlast)! :D :D :D
 
I'm not a cinnamon fan :nono:

So I'd leave it out, but as I expect you won't be brewing this and hand delivering the entire batch to me - stick it in :grin:
