Newest member of Home Brew Forum!

Good morning all

A quick introduction from myself as the newest member of the Home Brew Forum.

I live in a village called Copmanthorpe just south of York with my wife, young daughter and two dogs! I am a complete virgin to any kind of Brewing (including Home Brew) and would therefore greatly appreciate any good advice in regards to; getting started, best ingredients to use etc .

In addition to me being a complete novice, I have decided to start up a new Micro-Brewery business in Copmanthorpe (talk about jumping in at the deep end!). I have always wanted to start my own business, I am at the right time of my life to do this now, but won't be in a couple of years. I have many good contacts in the area, including locations to sell the product, a location to brew it and I am a close friend of the president of York C.A.M.E.R.A.
