Hi all.
I'm new to this Brave New World of fermentation. Enjoyed making kimchi and sauerkraut and now moving on to the pinnacle of fermentation ... grain. One disastrous brew in ( in a cloudy burnt toffee ale with hints soil and sweat), I'm keen to learn more and brew more.

Welcome to the forum. It’s a great place. I’m just doing kits at the moment and so far so good. The results are fantastic and very drinkable. Good luck with your future brews.
