Hello,
I've just joined. I've been brewing kits for years now and have had some good ones and some bad ones.
Now I want to build myself a nano brewery and start doing the brews with raw ingredients.
I notice a lot of useful stuff on here - so I think I'm going to be "lurking" and asking q's for a long time.
