Newbie too!

Hi

I live in Cardiff and returned to brewing about 7 years ago. Years before I just used kits or extract and hops but never (as I know now) did it right.

I had tasted someones homebrew made from a full mash and always wanted to do that - I was bowled over.

So now I do full mash bitters(generally) in the usual 25l domestic format and the results (to my mind) are very satisfactory. I started using published recipes but now also tend to make up my own.
