Good evening all,
I am new to the forum but have been homebrewing for a couple of years now. Unfortunately with kits i've never been able to create a beer as special or close to commercial beers as i'd hoped. If i could easily make gallons of Peroni and Tribute or Proper Job i'd be chuffed to bits. However i recently purchased all the necessary equipment to do all grain brewing. Does anyone have a simple guide to brewing a nice first all grain recipe? I have several books (the Dave Line ones) and i have a good basic understanding of the methods and stages involved. Are there any all grain brewers here in Exeter that would like some help doing an all grain batch? I like to learn hands on so if anyones looking for an apprentice to help with a brew please drop me an email (PM for email) or drop me a text message on (PM for mobile number) and i'd be delighted to lend a hand to learn more, to help me create some damn fine beers.
Thanks, Dave
