Morning folks,
Just thought I would hop on and introduce myself. I'm new to the homebrew scene, I've done some fermenting in the past, but with kefir, water kefir, and beastie beer so its a far cry from what we're undertaking now.
The hubby is a bit of a hop head and he's got an IPA kit on the go which holds no appeal for me, so as he's doing that, I've got a pear wine and a TC all set up - the corner of my sittingroom is now blurping away like crazy
So that's my hello done, I'm sure I'll see you on the boards
