Gidday from the tropical North of Queensland.
Please let me introduce myself.
I am a 60yo self employed truck driver and my good lady and I live in Cairns,Queensland Australia.
We both enjoy drinking wine (probably too fond of it) and I have only recently started trying to make my own.
We have loads of different and interesting fruit available here, and over time I will endeavor to try many of these.
Currently,I have a dragon fruit wine in bottles waiting for Christmas. This was my first attempt and I have had a sneaky taste already. Seems to be nice and clear with plenty of flavour so hoping with some age on its side it will be pretty good.
Also sitting in secondry fermenters are a pawpaw wine and a strawberry wine.
Well I better not sit here rambling on as I have to do a few chores today.
