Total newbie here, I'm Paul from Rossendale Lancashire.
I've fancied having a go at producing homebrew for a good while, I received a micro brew kit for my birthday last week and have made a start on production of 40 pints of Woodfordes Wherry bitter :thumb:
Please bear with me as I get to grips with the brewing process and try to get my head round it.
