yeah ive got a coopers draught ( my first ever homebrew), in the fv for 15 days then bottled 2 weeks ago this coming sunday, i tried a bottle of it last friday and it was tremendous so heres hoping the rest of them turn out good
ive got a coopers mexican cerveza ready for bottling this weekend and also got a cooper lager fermenting, ready for bottling in a weeks time.
got about 3 litrs apple juice TC on the go, tried the first bottle tnite, still fairly cloudy as its been moved about a bit and fell on its side, its really sweet though, not undrinkable but had to dilute it with a bottle of bulmers and it was superb, probs in the 9% variety. also got a pear and blackcurrant TC fermenting, due for bottling this week aswell, should be fun man.
