I everybody, I'd just like to introduce myself.
I'm Chris, I'm 46, I live in Castleford, West Yorkshire - about 1 mile away from the World famous Thomas Fawcett Maltsters Kiln Works - which when I start full grain brewing, I will buy directly from (been told that they sell from their sales office on site at £20 for a 25Kg bag of Malt, so that will work out well).
I've been a member of the now defunkt Online-Homebrewing Company forum for a year or 2 now, but since the company folded last month, the forum was closed down too.
I brew wine & bitters from kits and have done so now for nearly 10 years, but would dearly love to go to that next stage of full grain brewing.
I'm looking forward to reading lots of posts on here, contributing wherever I can, and hopefully learning new ways of doing things.
I have a question already, but not wanting to bog down this area - I will go to the relevant thread to do it.
