I'm Bobby from West Sussex. I've been brewing for about 5 ish years now with varying results. Started making wine to use up an apple/plum tree windfall one year and been hard at it ever since. Started making beer last year and have done a couple of small all grain brews but mostly into kit modding (much less hassle).
Currently have a porridge, syrup pilsner conditioning in bottles and my first Christmas beer in the FV which I need some advice on so checkout my other post if you feel like spreading some knowledge :)
