Hi
I have just purchased a corny keg and the associated equipment.
I am going to attempt to brew my first lager using the Coopers Oz lager kit.
Kit arrived today so will hopefully put the brew on over the weekend.
I am looking for a some guidance on using the kits then transfering it to the corny.
Do I need to use enhancers or just what the is in the tin?
How long does it need to be in the keg before sampling?
What is best pressure to set keg at when faucet is 1.5m away?
Thanks in advance
