Hello everyone, I have finally taken the plunge and decided to brew my own drinks, and I love it!
I have only brewed a 6 bottle Chardonnay starter kit uptown now, and am already planning my next one. I would like the next one to be a fresh fruity taste, does anyone have any recipies for me to alter my wine to make it fresh and fruity?

P.s. My main drink will most likely be lager but I am still waiting for a barel before I start. I fancy dabbling in spirits a swell but one step at a time.

Hello and welcome, Andy!

One easy way of getting a more fruity wine from a kit is to top up with fruit juice (either rather than, or in addition to, water) after eight to ten days, then give an extra fortnight before stabilising, racking, clearing and bottling.
