Stella Artois have introduced a cider to the market called Stella Artois Cidre.
Its a rather nice 4.5% quite sweet cider and isnt bad for a commercial cider.
Best of all though, it comes in rather nice 568ml bottles, ideal size for botting your home brews. :D

Um A wife Beater for those who are malt intolerant

I saw that in Asda today.

Proper pints :thumb:
Brown, green or clear?
How much?
How easily do the labels come off?

It is quite nice i tried some on saturday. The bottles are clear moley and i think tesco had them at £9 for 8 bottles

Stella Artois Cider, beer markets not making them enough money then.

There is about 50% less duty to pay on Cider than Beer, therefore more profit, & its cheaper to make as no long boil involved.

Alcoholic appletise is taking over the country, Think I'll stick to home brew though for now.

Asda are doing it at £1 a bottle at the mo. :D
And the labels just fall off with a good soaking in hot water.
