Hi all, just introducing myself. Been making allgrain beer and wine kits for a few years, finally got a fermenting fridge and inkbird controller to help make brews better, lol. Live in Rushden, Northants and work as a pipefitter welder. Hope to learn more from those who have learned from experience. Have more questions to ask than advice to give, unless it's about playing fiddle or Banjo, cheers

Welcome to the forum, I have found this forum a great source of help/information. Have only done 4 AG brews so far, made a mistake on my 3rd brew but have learned from that mistake, inkbird and fridge two invaluable bits of kit, have you got a heater for the fridge?
