Hi everyone.

I am Scubabrewer. I Scuba dive and drink home brewed all grain beers but not at the same time.

I started brewing in 1969 using malt extract and hops with reasonable results but changed to all grain in 1983 when my daughter arrived and I had loads of time. In 1991 I got promoted and suddenly didn't have time to make beer at all. Now I have semi-retired I have returned to our excellent hobby. Have completed 3 brews since my re start - attempted clones of Old Speckled Hen, Devonports bitter and Deuchards IPA. All taste good and I have had favourable reviews from friends who tried them. I know I can make them even better but will need some help which is why I joined the forum
. Looking forward to hearing from you, and making my next brew - Caledonian Porter.
