Hi, new member from St Annes here. I've just finished my first ever batch. It was a Solomon Grundy kit wine. I know it's just a kit but it tastes just fine and I've got the bug now. Does anybody have a really simple recipe for my next batch. I'm looking forward to participating in the forum's when I get a bit more experienced.
