Hey all, been lurking for a while and decided to sign up. I'm from New Zealand originally, started brewing there in 2014 after a work trip to San Francisco opened my taste buds to good beer. Been Living and brewing in London now for about 6 years. Recently a big fan of brewing kettle sours, and also doing some small batch ageing experiments with those when mixed with some fancy cultures from a lambic or two.
