Just joined tonight.

Began brewing just after Christmas when Santa delivered a Youngs kit. Brewing beer is something I have wanted to do for a long time and now I'm doing it.

Have completed a couple of brews, Youngs lager, (2 litres left), Muntons Pils which is conditioning, Coopers Real Ale was bottled mid March, some red wine is brewing away and about to bottle a Muntons cider. I'm having a great time

Looking for some guidance on bottling the cider and will ask in the appropriate forum.

Brewing is all new to me so for now I will probably be seeking advice rather than giving it.
